How about adding a section for applicants that has Section 8?

didn't think it was worth the money First of all, the staff is professional and responsive to e-mails/calls, no complaints there. The value of the service provided though, wasn't worth the money in my opinion. They essentially got copies of potential tenant's pay stubs, and passed them along. I didn't see a bank statement, calls to the employer or anything of the "verification"-type activity the site claims to provide. Honestly, one could simply ask for a paystub directly and skip the middle man.
