Josh and his team are top notch Josh and his team are top notch. We owned a rental property in the Bowling Green area and we wanted to sell because we live out of state. They gave us a good offer and we were able to close quickly. We didn't have to make any repairs and they even let the tenant stay in the property because his lease was not up. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend!
