The Personal Touch Alex and Ryan were both wonderful when we were looking for a property. Tracey was able to calm us down but our special thanks go to Natalie who went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible to enjoy our tenancy. Time waster Firstly they Cancelled viewing late as they forgot keys Rebooked for next day not given any other option I drove 4 hours for the viewing for them not to attend After us calling we found out that the house had been let the night before where we wernt even given an option for the evening we were not informed a waste of petrol and time

Very professional and courteous, we were kept abreast of developments all the way through so we definitely made the right choice in using them for this sale. We would highly recommend them.

In my opinion not professional In my opinion not professional. Reply to my email took 2days. The representative of Aston Reeves was late and didn’t apologise, literally took 10minutes to look around, gave the valuation and left some paperwork and said to get in touch if I wanted them to put the house on the market then proceeded to sit outside my property for about 30 minutes in their car! I wouldn’t recommend them.
