GBTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DUE TO PROPERTY MANAGER Had an awful experience in renting a property. This was nothing to do with the quality of villa but it’s simply down to the worst customer service I’ve come across. Firstly we had the original villa we had booked cancelled a week before travelling. The member of staff “helping” was aggressive and confrontational during us trying to find a new property. Sadly this demeanour carried on to when we arrived at our Villa, the gentlemen checking us in flipped out every time we asked for anything or queried anything. When checking out our deposit was held for 120 hours, when we were told it would be 72 at most. Fulvio the member of staff in question shouted at my wife when she enquired as to where our funds were. We stay in Ibiza annually but will never use this company again on this mans attitude alone.
