Beware of this company Beware of this company. They offer you a contract for an "as Is" house, and send a person out with the contract and they take pictures and videos of your house, yard and HVAC system. When it comes to the inspection time to end, they call you and recind their offer and offer alot less, stating, cost of construction went up, the housing market has changed for the worse etc, I would never do business with Homeinc

It’s Not Smoke and Mirrors…. The Genuineness is REAL! I could not be more please with the experience I’ve had with HomeInc LLC. They have been professional and REALLY care for well being of their clients. From Glenn(First Point of Contact) Michael Saverino ( in the home office ) to Jason Haber ( Probate Attorney). I feel like part of a family. Most people, afterwards make you feel like you have been swindled. My experience with HomeInc LLC, has been the exact opposite. They have kept me in the loop with the process ( they handled my probate affairs as well) and I was well informed of my next steps. I wouldn’t trade how I handled this process, I definitely made the right decision with this company. I am grateful for the day that I reached out, they were/ are my saving Angels.
