SEEfficient but rather impersonal service Everything went quite smoothly but sometimes it felt like I was not aware of what was going on in the process and was informed rather late about the details. Also, although I don't have any experience with other agencies, everything felt a bit impersonal, since I never got any phone call or met anyone from the agency. The contact was always made by email. Nevertheless, it all worked fine in the end.
