BEWARE of this scammer BEWARE of this scammer - hemverket; To me it ended with the courtcase which set the justice on the feet. They are keen to send out the bill with the minimum funds with 5000 kronas, but even after it is canceled they still see you the responsible for 2500 kronas for their zero work, even if they said in the phone "all is canceled", afterwards they dont inform their database system to cancel the order. they customer support is bizarre and terribly slow, you need to tell the same things over and over again. The elderly people SHOULD CERTAINLY NOT use this service.

Efficient but rather impersonal service Everything went quite smoothly but sometimes it felt like I was not aware of what was going on in the process and was informed rather late about the details. Also, although I don't have any experience with other agencies, everything felt a bit impersonal, since I never got any phone call or met anyone from the agency. The contact was always made by email. Nevertheless, it all worked fine in the end.
