Excellent Customer Service! Mike Beery was an amazing help for my first time home buying experience. He is superb with giving his clients feedback, in all scenarios. While he cares for his clients, and is always making sure they have what they need. I can recall numerous times on different accounts, that Mike had apologized for missing one of my phone calls that he returned within the hour. Jonathan Ramsey is an excellent realtor with Element Realty!! We arrived in TX from IN having allotted two days to look at homes. After we arrived, our original realtor became sick and could not meet with us. We were SO fortunate to find Element Realty online and moreover when our assigned realtor was Jonathan Ramsey.
