STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!! My wife and I rented one of their properties for our wedding after making a payment of $10,000, along with another $10,000 as a deposit. The owner of the house visited the venue after the event and praised our wedding coordinator for how well and clean the house looked. However, a few days later, we received absurd photos via text showing large scratches on the living room floor, and we were unjustly accused of causing the damage. To resolve the issue, we involved a floor specialist, went altogether for an inspection of the floor, and provided extensive photo/video evidence to prove that we were not responsible for the damage. We also found many other older damages under the other couches. Despite our efforts, the agency disappeared when we demanded the return of our USD 10,000. As a result, we took legal action against the Nightfall Group and its owner (who we later discovered was also the owner of the house). We pursued the matter in court and we won the case. We followed up multiple times. Yet, nearly 4 months after the verdict, they have just disappeared and we know we have been scammed. I am leaving out many of the details as there would be too much to tell, but our overall experience with these people has been horrible. They stole our $ 10,000, definitely not what you wish for your wedding.

Simply amazing!!! Honestly, I can’t think of a better travel agency out there. When I first found The Nightfall Group, I emailed them and immediately headed back from them. I got in contact with one of the agents there, and in the matter of 2 hours they sent me multiple options for my trip to LA. I booked the same day with them. I will book again with them!!

Recommended for vacation rentals! Recommended for vacation rentals!! I was super nervous when we got an email from VRBO (HomeAway) saying that our host canceled on us literally two days before our check-in, I’m so glad I found Nightfall, they found a house for us in no time and for a great price!
