Excellent program for newbie. Excellent program. FSU is providing me with the knowledge and coaching I was looking for. In one month I went from knowing nothing about commercial real estate, to underwriting my own deals. Everything I needed was in the program.

Best RE Development class out there Being part of this group has been immensely helpful in my journey to building flex space. Hamza and his team are very knowledgeable, and I would recommend anyone interested in real estate development to join this course. The content is incredibly informative, covering everything from land analysis to financing strategies. What sets this course apart is the practical application – they provide real-world case studies and live events that make the learning experience engaging and impactful. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll, and I'm confident that this course will continue to benefit me as I pursue my real estate development goals.

Great Program - need dedication to succeed I was one of the inaugural members of the mastermind when it was launched. Naturally, there was some disorganization attributable to newness and growing pains. The mentors were patient, reachable, and transparent in sharing their wealth of knowledge. The available resources are outstanding but to ensure individual success in the program, one needs to be dedicated and commit the time & energy to it. It is not a spoon-fed mastermind; how much you get out of it is directly proportional to how much you put into it. Secondly, you need to have sizable investment funds to act on the opportunities unless you are a master at putting together partnerships with other members. Good luck on your journey!
