When my wife and I were looking for a realtor to help us relocate from California to Austin, Texas, we were impressed by the quantity and quality of the online reviews for Eric... and let me tell you, they were not incorrect. Eric is very knowledgeable of the entire Austin area, but he was also very accommodating of our timeline and our need to work feverishly to find a home quickly (as it's not easy to go back and forth from CA to Austin multiple homes). So, the result was that within 3 days we viewed at least 30 homes - and then made an offer. Eric navigated the offer and closing process like a true veteran, foreseeing (and avoiding) multiple pitfalls while negotiating very favorably on our behalf with the seller in a pretty strong seller's market. Most importantly, he's a great guy with excellent family values. I could not recommend Eric any higher or with any more enthusiasm.
