GBI worked with Idaliz Santiago to find my dream apt… I worked with Idaliz Santiago to find my first apartment in Philly virtually and she was THE BEST. Apt hunting virtually was very hard for me since I had certain specifications in mind, was on a tight budget, and had a very narrow move-in time frame (that was quickly approaching!). I struggled to find places that I loved and had an even harder time getting in touch with leasing offices. When I contacted Idaliz, she helped me find dream apts within my budget, sent me videos/photos of places I wanted more information on, contacted leasing agents on my behalf, and helped me secure my first choice apt in just 1 week. She was very professional, extremely quick to respond to emails, and a pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend her enough!

GBExcellent service and advice. Excellent service and advice.. Andris really went above and beyond in finding me more options when a couple fell through, and in sending across great virtual tours on demand. The only aspect I think veryapt as a service overall needs to improve is increasing listings. Also for someone who had to sign a lease without ever seeing the apartment, add commentary on the unit beyond what's in the virtual tour (example, it smells musty, or the walls are really thin etc.)

GBI contacted VeryApt about my interest… I contacted VeryApt about my interest in a few apartments in the D.C. area. I contacted them by email and using the "contact us" area on their website. Ten days later all I've received is an email saying their working to assign me a representative. Are you kidding me? Used HotPads instead!

GBI had a generally fantastic experience I had a generally fantastic experience! There is one exception for feedback: a miscommunication about reaching out to other agents. We reached out directly to another agent after 2-day radio silence from our VeryApt team. The situation then turned into a time-consuming issue, where we had to get on the phone for over 30 mins, and then personally email the other agent. We are happy to help clear things up-- but this seems like something that VeryApt can work to solve on the back end as opposed to involving their clients in these affairs. That would give an even more effective experience! Thanks!
