Ten days later all I've received is an email saying their working to assign me a representative. Are you kidding me? Used HotPads instead!

Moving from out of state Moving from out of state, I was coming into the Chicago area rental market pretty blind, and Hadieh was really helpful in giving me a better sense for the market, i.e. how much I should expect to pay, what she considered a good deal, etc. Since I was doing my search remotely, she even did video tours for me via FaceTime so I could get a feel for apartments from afar.
