Apt hunting virtually was very hard for me since I had certain specifications in mind, was on a tight budget, and had a very narrow move-in time frame (that was quickly approaching!). They are not helpful They are not helpful, did not list up possible options, did not good at make an appointment with property owner. I made reservation for tour by myself. Only at the beginning their response was quick.

I contacted VeryApt about my interest… I contacted VeryApt about my interest in a few apartments in the D.C. area. I contacted them by email and using the "contact us" area on their website. Ten days later all I've received is an email saying their working to assign me a representative. Are you kidding me? Used HotPads instead!
