Rebecca helped us create a list of apartments we wanted to tour, offering tips and suggestions along the way. She then scheduled a full day of apartment hunting for us, and her colleague Marquis accompanied us on the tour. The day went smoothly, and we ultimately found an incredible apartment! GBCouldn't have done it without them Very Apt and Katrina have been INCREDIBLY helpful. Honestly can say that we would not have been able to navigate the housing market in Evanston without them. They helped walk us through each stage of the process from scheduling tours to signing papers and putting down deposits. Would recommend to anyone that asks.

GBExtremely Negative Experience I had an extremely negative experience with this one agent, Alex. He has been acting in an extremely unprofessional manner. I told Alex that I would be visiting Philadelphia three weeks later and asked him to help me schedule tours with some properties (with very specific questions). I waited for his response for more than 10 days and did not hear anything. I sent him two follow up emails afterwards and still did not get his reply. At that point, I assumed that he did not want to work with me, but he then responded after two weeks and asked if I needed assistance. I understood that sometimes things could be hectic, and since he responded, I decided to continue working with him and asked him to help me schedule these tours. He then disappeared again, not getting back to me with any details nor answering my call. Because I was waiting for Alex and hoping that he would support me in this process, I did not schedule any tours with properties that I wanted to check out. Now that I needed to do this on my own, many of these places no longer have available agents during the time of my visit. If Alex had a personal emergency, he should have at least let me know, or the VeryApt team should have transferred my request to another agent. But none of these happened. Alex's unprofessionalism has brought me tons of inconvenience and wasted my time, and I do not think this is the right attitude to treat any clients.

GBCancelled meeting that had been scheduled for a month I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Brooke Bressler (Chicago) over a month in advance and received an empty email with a subject line that our meeting was cancelled two days in advance with no other explanation. When I contacted her, she sent a one-line email back saying that she is no longer doing meetings and sent a survey link instead. When I asked for more information and what the next steps would look like, she did nothing but resent the previous link. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

GBExcellent service and advice. Excellent service and advice.. Andris really went above and beyond in finding me more options when a couple fell through, and in sending across great virtual tours on demand. The only aspect I think veryapt as a service overall needs to improve is increasing listings. Also for someone who had to sign a lease without ever seeing the apartment, add commentary on the unit beyond what's in the virtual tour (example, it smells musty, or the walls are really thin etc.)
