Awful experience Awful experience. Agents not knowledgeable about what is on the market. Was a mistake to use very apt. Got an apartment on my own using zillow and trulia after ditching this awful service.

VeryApt was exactly what we needed… VeryApt was exactly what we needed since we were unfamiliar with Philadelphia. Rebecca helped us create a list of apartments we wanted to tour, offering tips and suggestions along the way. She then scheduled a full day of apartment hunting for us, and her colleague Marquis accompanied us on the tour. The day went smoothly, and we ultimately found an incredible apartment! Cancelled meeting that had been scheduled for a month I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Brooke Bressler (Chicago) over a month in advance and received an empty email with a subject line that our meeting was cancelled two days in advance with no other explanation. When I contacted her, she sent a one-line email back saying that she is no longer doing meetings and sent a survey link instead. When I asked for more information and what the next steps would look like, she did nothing but resent the previous link. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

Moving from out of state Moving from out of state, I was coming into the Chicago area rental market pretty blind, and Hadieh was really helpful in giving me a better sense for the market, i.e. how much I should expect to pay, what she considered a good deal, etc. Since I was doing my search remotely, she even did video tours for me via FaceTime so I could get a feel for apartments from afar. She made the entire apartment search easy and stress-free - highly recommend!

Apt hunting virtually was very hard for me since I had certain specifications in mind, was on a tight budget, and had a very narrow move-in time frame (that was quickly approaching!). I struggled to find places that I loved and had an even harder time getting in touch with leasing offices. When I contacted Idaliz, she helped me find dream apts within my budget, sent me videos/photos of places I wanted more information on, contacted leasing agents on my behalf, and helped me secure my first choice apt in just 1 week. She was very professional, extremely quick to respond to emails, and a pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend her enough!
