I was so happy with my apartment that I called him to help me again when I decided to buy a house a year later. With his help I closed on a dream home within 2 months. Cancelled meeting that had been scheduled for a month I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Brooke Bressler (Chicago) over a month in advance and received an empty email with a subject line that our meeting was cancelled two days in advance with no other explanation. When I contacted her, she sent a one-line email back saying that she is no longer doing meetings and sent a survey link instead. When I asked for more information and what the next steps would look like, she did nothing but resent the previous link. Very disappointing experience and poor service.
