Alex Economo does great sales and rentals I've gone with Alex Economo twice now and couldn't give a higher recommendation. Professional, responsive, and fast. Alex first helped me find an apartment when I moved to Philly and did a great job recommending places that fit my specifications. I was so happy with my apartment that I called him to help me again when I decided to buy a house a year later. With his help I closed on a dream home within 2 months. I will be recommending Alex to all my friends seeking apartments or buying homes in Philly from here on out.

I had a generally fantastic experience I had a generally fantastic experience! There is one exception for feedback: a miscommunication about reaching out to other agents. We reached out directly to another agent after 2-day radio silence from our VeryApt team. The situation then turned into a time-consuming issue, where we had to get on the phone for over 30 mins, and then personally email the other agent. We are happy to help clear things up-- but this seems like something that VeryApt can work to solve on the back end as opposed to involving their clients in these affairs. That would give an even more effective experience! Thanks!

VeryApt was exactly what we needed… VeryApt was exactly what we needed since we were unfamiliar with Philadelphia. Awful experience Awful experience. Agents not knowledgeable about what is on the market. Was a mistake to use very apt. Got an apartment on my own using zillow and trulia after ditching this awful service.
