We only had one day in the city to visit our options, and he lined up several showings in advance — so all we had to do was meet him at the first place. Cancelled meeting that had been scheduled for a month I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Brooke Bressler (Chicago) over a month in advance and received an empty email with a subject line that our meeting was cancelled two days in advance with no other explanation. When I contacted her, she sent a one-line email back saying that she is no longer doing meetings and sent a survey link instead. When I asked for more information and what the next steps would look like, she did nothing but resent the previous link. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

Couldn't have done it without them Very Apt and Katrina have been INCREDIBLY helpful. Honestly can say that we would not have been able to navigate the housing market in Evanston without them. They helped walk us through each stage of the process from scheduling tours to signing papers and putting down deposits. Would recommend to anyone that asks.
