Alex first helped me find an apartment when I moved to Philly and did a great job recommending places that fit my specifications. I was so happy with my apartment that I called him to help me again when I decided to buy a house a year later. With his help I closed on a dream home within 2 months. Apt hunting virtually was very hard for me since I had certain specifications in mind, was on a tight budget, and had a very narrow move-in time frame (that was quickly approaching!). I struggled to find places that I loved and had an even harder time getting in touch with leasing offices. When I contacted Idaliz, she helped me find dream apts within my budget, sent me videos/photos of places I wanted more information on, contacted leasing agents on my behalf, and helped me secure my first choice apt in just 1 week.
