Cancelled meeting that had been scheduled for a month I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Brooke Bressler (Chicago) over a month in advance and received an empty email with a subject line that our meeting was cancelled two days in advance with no other explanation. When I contacted her, she sent a one-line email back saying that she is no longer doing meetings and sent a survey link instead. When I asked for more information and what the next steps would look like, she did nothing but resent the previous link. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

Recommend VeryApt and Hadieh! My concierge, Hadieh, was great! She is knowledgeable about the Evanston area, and doesn't hesitate in offering candid advice. I appreciated her honesty, as well as willingness to answer all my questions patiently. She helped me secure an apartment that gave me the most bang for my buck and met all my needs. I contacted VeryApt about my interest… I contacted VeryApt about my interest in a few apartments in the D.C. area. I contacted them by email and using the "contact us" area on their website. Ten days later all I've received is an email saying their working to assign me a representative. Are you kidding me? Used HotPads instead!
