Brooke was extremely professional and helped me find and sign on an apartment in only 5 days. In an initial brief phone call, she asked questions and provided me with honest feedback and input on which apartments might best fit my needs. She then provided me with a list of available apartments for each building and facilitated virtual tours. Brooke made this a seamless experience!

GBCancelled meeting that had been scheduled for a month I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Brooke Bressler (Chicago) over a month in advance and received an empty email with a subject line that our meeting was cancelled two days in advance with no other explanation. When I contacted her, she sent a one-line email back saying that she is no longer doing meetings and sent a survey link instead. When I asked for more information and what the next steps would look like, she did nothing but resent the previous link. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

GBAwful experience Awful experience. Agents not knowledgeable about what is on the market. Was a mistake to use very apt. Got an apartment on my own using zillow and trulia after ditching this awful service.

GBI had a generally fantastic experience I had a generally fantastic experience! There is one exception for feedback: a miscommunication about reaching out to other agents. We reached out directly to another agent after 2-day radio silence from our VeryApt team. The situation then turned into a time-consuming issue, where we had to get on the phone for over 30 mins, and then personally email the other agent. We are happy to help clear things up-- but this seems like something that VeryApt can work to solve on the back end as opposed to involving their clients in these affairs. That would give an even more effective experience! Thanks!
