Alex first helped me find an apartment when I moved to Philly and did a great job recommending places that fit my specifications. I was so happy with my apartment that I called him to help me again when I decided to buy a house a year later. With his help I closed on a dream home within 2 months. I will be recommending Alex to all my friends seeking apartments or buying homes in Philly from here on out.

Apt hunting virtually was very hard for me since I had certain specifications in mind, was on a tight budget, and had a very narrow move-in time frame (that was quickly approaching!).
