Apt hunting virtually was very hard for me since I had certain specifications in mind, was on a tight budget, and had a very narrow move-in time frame (that was quickly approaching!). I struggled to find places that I loved and had an even harder time getting in touch with leasing offices. When I contacted Idaliz, she helped me find dream apts within my budget, sent me videos/photos of places I wanted more information on, contacted leasing agents on my behalf, and helped me secure my first choice apt in just 1 week. In an initial brief phone call, she asked questions and provided me with honest feedback and input on which apartments might best fit my needs. She then provided me with a list of available apartments for each building and facilitated virtual tours. Brooke made this a seamless experience!

I had a generally fantastic experience I had a generally fantastic experience! There is one exception for feedback: a miscommunication about reaching out to other agents. We reached out directly to another agent after 2-day radio silence from our VeryApt team. The situation then turned into a time-consuming issue, where we had to get on the phone for over 30 mins, and then personally email the other agent. We are happy to help clear things up-- but this seems like something that VeryApt can work to solve on the back end as opposed to involving their clients in these affairs. That would give an even more effective experience! Thanks!

I appreciated her honesty, as well as willingness to answer all my questions patiently. She helped me secure an apartment that gave me the most bang for my buck and met all my needs.
