She then scheduled a full day of apartment hunting for us, and her colleague Marquis accompanied us on the tour. The day went smoothly, and we ultimately found an incredible apartment! I contacted VeryApt about my interest… I contacted VeryApt about my interest in a few apartments in the D.C. area. I contacted them by email and using the "contact us" area on their website. Ten days later all I've received is an email saying their working to assign me a representative. Are you kidding me? Used HotPads instead!

I had a generally fantastic experience I had a generally fantastic experience! There is one exception for feedback: a miscommunication about reaching out to other agents. We reached out directly to another agent after 2-day radio silence from our VeryApt team. The situation then turned into a time-consuming issue, where we had to get on the phone for over 30 mins, and then personally email the other agent. We are happy to help clear things up-- but this seems like something that VeryApt can work to solve on the back end as opposed to involving their clients in these affairs. That would give an even more effective experience! Thanks!
