I contacted VeryApt about my interest… I contacted VeryApt about my interest in a few apartments in the D.C. area. I contacted them by email and using the "contact us" area on their website. Ten days later all I've received is an email saying their working to assign me a representative. Are you kidding me? Used HotPads instead!

They are not helpful They are not helpful, did not list up possible options, did not good at make an appointment with property owner. I made reservation for tour by myself. Only at the beginning their response was quick.

Couldn't have done it without them Very Apt and Katrina have been INCREDIBLY helpful. Honestly can say that we would not have been able to navigate the housing market in Evanston without them. They helped walk us through each stage of the process from scheduling tours to signing papers and putting down deposits. Would recommend to anyone that asks.

Wonderful Experience! Searching for that special apartment can be daunting and time-consuming. It's doubly stressful when the move is out of state, downsizing from a house to an apartment, and with the intention of returning to school. The team at VeryApt reached out and asked the perfect questions for helping to narrow the scope of my search. A professional and responsive staff that listens while offering the right amount of touch points so you feel heard, supported, and valued. A wonderful experience that helped immensely. I had a generally fantastic experience I had a generally fantastic experience! There is one exception for feedback: a miscommunication about reaching out to other agents. We reached out directly to another agent after 2-day radio silence from our VeryApt team. The situation then turned into a time-consuming issue, where we had to get on the phone for over 30 mins, and then personally email the other agent. We are happy to help clear things up-- but this seems like something that VeryApt can work to solve on the back end as opposed to involving their clients in these affairs. That would give an even more effective experience! Thanks!
