Althea answered the phone on a Saturday and spoke to me for about 20 minutes. She really listened to my concerns and was so caring and informative during our phone call. She then asked me to send photos and had her engineer Ralph respond directly to me. He gave us peace of mind a sound recommendation over email without having us go through a site visit. I was blown away that I got a personal and thorough response within 2 hours on a weekend. I will use them for future inspections and recommend others to do the same.
