Highly Recommended Being an avid reader of Fox News, I saw your advertisement for buying investment homes. I was in the perfect situation for responding to the ad I saw. When my Father passed away, I bought my siblings, 4 of them, out of their share of the home that my parents had built in 1955. I could not afford to maintain the house on my income so I rented it out. My renter, I thought, was trustworthy and would treat my home with respect. Well, he didn't. He moved out unexpectedly leaving behind an awful mess. I did not have the means to pay the house note and make the necessary repairs.
