Excellent tenants Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification. Movoto has some great homes and always… Movoto has some great homes and always send updayes on any new homes that are posted in my area. Theu are very consistent on sending the info i request for on properties i an interested in. Highly recommend Movoto.

I’ve reached out on this site… I’ve reached out on this site expressing interest in properties. It’s been several requests and no one has reached out. I guess the agents aren’t interested in selling the properties or the requests are not reaching any agents.

My experience with Movoto was not… My experience with Movoto was not productive. I did find some places I was interested in, but the Movoto agent never got in touch with me except at the beginning to confirm she would be my agent. Never heard from her again. Movota reps kept calling to ask me "how things were going" but nothing happed to improve the situation. I gave up on them.

The contact person I spoke to made sure… The contact person I spoke to made sure that I had a real estate agent and wanted me to understand that it would be necessary to speak with her so I am ok with that. It is not the usual property and I need help understanding what I could do to make the process easier.
