Just wanted to give a review for Bill &… Just wanted to give a review for Bill & Kristy at All County Heartland. This is my second property management team that I hired to manage my rental properties. I feel very blessed to have found them. Unlike my first property manager, I feel like they have my best interest at heart. They take good care of my tenants by being quick to respond when an issue arises. On more major repairs, if a contractors price seems too high, Bill gets a second and sometimes third estimate and informs me. Minor repairs are taken care of at a very reasonable rate. The main thing is that I trust them, which is a far cry from my first experience with property management… I would highly recommend them to property owners looking for a good property management team.
