Trying to get my server was painful. Trying to get my server was painful. Once I paid for my server, I took a week, for me to get it. Once I got it, they screwed up the OS install. Making my server, say its using a lot of bandwidth. At the moment my server is fine and fixed. Now lets talk about, the horrible customer service. I have delt with a lot of bad customer service. But this takes the cake. The One person team, is slow, forgetful, and god damn painful.

Solid server, but with some issues Sold me a server for 20$ a month. KIller deal. Dual Xeons, 32 GBs of RAM and a few SAS disks. (1TB in total) I couldn't be more happy with it altrough I would like to say that not everything is done yet. Most notable was the network connection. It would sometimes go higher than what was on the list and sometimes a bit lower. I assume they are still trying to improve things as I am writing this so I wouldn't be waiting long. That said I've had a great experience. GET YOUR SERVER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. One thing that would make this a 5-star would be to start accepting PayPal payments and more features on the control panel. (probably in development) UPDATE: After some usage they aren't as good. A lot of downtime. Hopefully going to improve soon.
