I am changing my previous revue for… I am changing my previous revue for Realiztify. Customer Service called me and changed the plan for me to get live leads. This will help. I hold off on 5 stars until this starts. I really appreciate them getting back to me to make improvements.

Good lead service but seems to be some technical and communication issues. At first I wasn't sure about this company. I couldn't pronounce the name and I received a text about the lead service. I have had so many texts like this. But I decided to look into it. Glad I did. They were rated very highly, offered a one-time cost and good territory coverage with a fairly low rate per transaction. I have had nothing but good service from them and just received my first three leads yesterday. They appear to be good quality leads from what I can tell. They have a good user interface. I would highly recommend trying out. Update: 3/13/23 I can't login, says account suspend. Update 3/16/23 They have been having some DNS issues. I was able to login to lead site by changing the URL a bit. Unfortunately, there has not been advanced communication of outages. Their migration to another domain has not been a smooth experience. I will give them three stars for at least having a functional product. 3/16/23 received email that they are back up and running so good communication now. Confirmed that everything is working. Giving them 4/5 stars overall.

No legitimate leads I signed up for this referral program more than 6 months ago. None of the leads are legit. Do not waste your money.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!! UPDATE: 10/4/23 They called me to try and argue how good they are and they were sorry that I did not receive a single worthy lead in 6 months. When it boiled down to it, they were really calling me to offer me a refund. Of course once I said that I was thankful for a refund as the service did not meet the promises it made, they asked me to remove my bad reviews once I was refunded. I said I would not and argued for a few more minutes that I am not the kind of person that leaves bad reviews easily and I would not feel good removing a bad review on a bad company for others to be misled by the few good reviews to sign up and receive the same poor experience I did after wasting money. The phone call ended with them telling me they would refund me anyways and I will be receiving a refund form that I needed to fill out. I waited a few days and still hadn't received a refund form. I followed up via email and more than a week later I still have not received any response. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!! I signed up in April, the reviews I had read at the time were promising. Well..... The promise when I signed up and spent my non-refundable money on this service was that I would receive "verified" leads and also live transfers from the call center. I have never received any lead with "verified" information, all of the phone numbers were fake or not belonging to the lead and the emails the same. The website only displays manually entered listings, it does not syndicate so there's no way for prospects to search homes in your area to attract a registration. When you call to express your frustrations, you're just given a very well planned run around and promised better leads and live transfers. I personally registered as an interested buy and seller on the site and I never received any emails or calls trying to verify my interest or connect me with an agent. If this company was legit and offered a quality and proven service they would not be afraid to offer refunds to those folks that truly did not receive any viable leads or business from them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
