GBVery polite to your face From the perspective of the tenant, awful. So polite and kind on the phone and then they don’t do anything about anything. Left us with floor to ceiling black mould for months while telling us once a week that it would be “fixed this week”. Our front door repeatedly malfunctioned - it came out of alignment with the wall, about three times a year, due to subsidence of the front wall of the house. Saint left us without a working front door for weeks at a time (including a 5 week stint over Christmas and new year). After we left, Saint conducted their inspection, confirmed they would return our deposit…. and then didn’t return our deposit. Eventually after MANY emails and calls from me they returned part of the deposit (without explanation as to why some was missing). It took a further 2 weeks + 7 emails + 3 phone calls to get the rest of the deposit back, despite Saint promising repeatedly that it would be “transferred today”. Disgraceful

GBFantastic service, Thankyou Jason Osborn is an absolute credit and has been a "Saint", throughout the sale of our property and purchase of our new Home. He has assisted with every step, and just made the journey as a whole a less stressful experience.
