They try to buy your home by sending a unsolicited "check" through the mall which is 1/4 the value of you home. I hope Rebuilt Realty comes to an end soon, and F you Greg Gray if that's even your name go to hell you piece of s**tty human being alongside with that s**tty company.

Fraud, bate & switch, Breach of contract Received a post card in the mail that they want to buy my house. Called Rebuilt on 10/16/2023. They inspected the house on 10/19/2023 Signed contract on 10/24/2023 that closing will occur within 30 days. They changed closing from 11/24/2023 to 11/17/2023 11/17/2023 I showed up and signed all closing documents. Rebuilt did not. 11/17/2023 Rebuilt tried to change transfer taxes for the property to split after I signed all the closing documents even though the contract stated they would cover all closing costs. When I refused and cited the contract, they agreed to pay all closing costs. Rebuilt moved closing to 11/21/2023 and failed to show or sign. Rebuilt moved closing to 11/28/2023 and failed to show or sign. Signed another contract on 11/29/2023 that closing will occur within 30 days. 12/29/2023 came and went without any contact from Rebuilt. They are now breach of contract. Rebuilt is in breach of contract for 2 separate contracts.
