GBNo response from customer support I was happy with the initial training and then started getting upsells that barred moving forward if you didn't get them. I understand upsells so that wasn't the issue. On deciding not to pursue this further, I wrote customer support at Four Percent informing them and asking to cancel as well as the 30 money back guarantee. It's been over a week since starting to contact them daily using the email provided and the on app form. So two messages daily for nearly a week. I have yet to hear anything...even an acknowledgement of receipt of my messages. Very disappointing.
