GBNeed more application of knowledge I would of liked more actual interaction and scenarios to apply critical thinking. Students and instructors had experiences that would of been a great addition to learning. PowerPoints seemed to be a recap from the book which I already read. I appreciate the time and kindness of the instructors.

GBGreat Course I took the refresher course. This is my first time but they covered the info well and in a timely manner. Very good learning environment being able to be in the comfort of your own home. I was concerned initially about doing the TNP without a "body" in fromt of me but the way its laid out, made it very easy to keep up with each step!

VIValuable knowledge The TNCC class was informative and provided valuable information to use at work. The first time I did TNCC was in person. I was very apprehensive about doing it online, but it turned out great! I opted for the 2-day course, and it was money well spent.
