Over the past year, I have found Mike Costigan to be as much of a mentor as an educator in REO. His system works if you take the initiative to apply the applications and follow the system as he has It laid out. The best part of the program is the weekly meetings. Scam? I recently paid for a course following a webinar.. Mike said he would be personally available for every sign up. Thus far, 24 hours later, I have not received sign on information and no one has returned my emails or messages. I have a feeling I have been scammed.
