Excellent class and excellent company I have learned so much in my classes through Certification Planner ,LLC . He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in this, The instructor asks questions and gets me to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found this class. The course was great and the customer support were amazing. they were responding very quickly and able to meet my needs. The course material is great and the presentation is very good. So happy to get additional materials and tips to pass the exam and get prepared

Allen with Certificate Planner was… Allen with Certificate Planner was wonderful and easy to work with, he was quickly responsive to all my questions and needs. My trainer Al was exceptional he was extremely through and able to give real life examples to go with the content which was extremely helpful and showed his full level of knowledge.

The best Lean Six Sigma training provider Excellent communication with the support team. I was initially looking for Lean Six Sigma Green belt but they convinced me to go for their Dual LSS program from which I would gain expertise in both green and black belt methodologies and at q reasonable price..... So it was a win-win situation for me.... Thank y li u guys for the overall guidance. Highly recommended to all.

Outstanding Instructor and Class I cannot imagine a better class and preparation to take the LSS Dual Black Belt Course. The instructor (Rick) is phenomenal and was able to present the course material effectively using his vast experience and knowledge in the field. I would highly recommend the class and the CP class material for study and preparation for the class. The CP class material and charts are very relevant to the actual test. I have taken another LSS prep course 2 years ago and this CP course is clearly superior. Thank you and I look forward to a long relationship with CP...

One of the best training experience I took a ITIL4 Foundation course with Certification Planner in August. Received my course access and training details a week before the class. Instructor Rob was ITIL Expert certified and had good knowledge of ITIL. ITIL4 is recently launched certification by AXELOS but both support staff and instructor had all the updates and information to share with the learners. Took my exam on day 3 after 2 days course and cleared the test in 1st attempt. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Looking forward to the next level of ITIL4 launch. Cheers
