The extra mile!! The online PMP course gave me the opportunity to have a great learning experience. COVID brought forth complications that turned my in-person training into an online training. The staff was able to get me in the same timeframe with the online training. They were also able to work with me on the price differences to give me the best desired outcome I could ask for! ITIL Practitioner Course This class was much more than I thought it would be - but great content and great instructor! Jeff was full of knowledge and experience, flexible and provided lots of detail. We went through a lot of the sample test questions which gave me a good idea of thought process for the test.

Allen with Certificate Planner was… Allen with Certificate Planner was wonderful and easy to work with, he was quickly responsive to all my questions and needs. My trainer Al was exceptional he was extremely through and able to give real life examples to go with the content which was extremely helpful and showed his full level of knowledge.

Excellent class and excellent company I have learned so much in my classes through Certification Planner ,LLC . He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in this, The instructor asks questions and gets me to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help.
