Really Thankful I ordered Get A Great Guy Guide yesterday and wasn't able to download it. Even after following the instructions. Today I had a chatted with Maria. The first time she gave me a suggustion that didn't work. The second time she asked a few questions then walked me though it. It was a easy fix but I didn't know what to do. I get anxious and frustrated when dealing with the computer. I'm so thankful Maria was there to help.

Would give a negative but no way to do… Would give a negative but no way to do that. Was lead on to believe I would be getting text messages to send to have them coming back. Never got that. Was billed twice and never got anything new just the couple of things I got the first day and was never able to open anything past the first few audio. Very unsatisfying to be lead on believing one thing and NEVER receiving what I was actually told I would be getting. Very poor!!!!
