CAThis program has all the tools you need to start improving I joined the program as Ascendant 1, with my current peak Ascendant 3. There are lots of great resources available to help you improve. They really do cover everything! If you're not sure where it is you're struggling, this program is for you. The coaching experience has been instrumental in my development. I liked being able to have 1 on 1 meetings with different coaches to find the best coach to fit my needs. Overall surrounding yourself with like minded individuals and participating in the community is the best way to improve.

GBOne thing to take away from this… One thing to take away from this program is that, it really is a great enviornment for improving and getting better at the game. The coaches and staff worked really hard to teach us everything about the game from basics and fundementals, to more nuanced and complex topics and really made sure to help us understand everything being offered. For me I worked with Coach Evad and he explained everything in such a simple, easy to understand way and if I had any questions he would always answer them which was super helpful for me to learn what was being taught. Every coach in the program is like this, and if you are struggling with one coach you have the luxury of choosing different coaches!! I am grateful to coach Evad, Randomnoob, Tiraye, Comet, and Konpeki for working with me and helping me level up my gameplay & mindset!!

GBirp opinion Hey my name is Stxch, at first when i started taking valorant serious i scoured the web to find something, i found a metafy coach which wasn't bad, but i felt like he wasn't invested that much. Then i moved onto gosu academy which i didn't like that much there lessons where okay there community was alright, but i needed something better So i was scouring youtube and i saw a ad for irp and i checked out it was a big step for me but i wanted to get serious. So i took it, best step i made. The community is super nice and welcoming, the lessons are broken down and easy to understand, the coaches go the extra step to make sure everybody understands what they're teaching. My coach drenit was super helpful and amazing. Helped me so much already, and is really invested in helping me improve. The program changed my entire view on valorant. I would recommend joining the program 100% if you want to improve in valorant, i can guarantee you will improve. Good luck on the grind 💪. btw, drenit is the best coach.

CHMy Experience Im Knan, 19 and a Valorant Comp grinder :). My Goal comming into IRP was to understand the game alot better and get to a level, where i should be able to hit Immortal, what i actually did. At the beginning i struggled alot to get a straight line on what i need to work on and how i can Improve on the little things. Randomnoob helped me alot with that and showed me what I can work on in the future to hit my longtime goal (Radiant). The Programm was alot of fun with the open and friendly community, the fun scrims, the very helpfull 1on1s and the live Lessons.
