I could be honest about my situation for the 1st time ever, he let me talk and listened without judgement. He provided me with what to do and what to avoid doing! I think your courses are great because… I think your courses are great because they have helped me realize that the focus should always be on myself and that I should always do activities , live to my life, and aim for my own happiness first.
