Alex is a very confident and helpful coach! I discovered Alex Cormont on Utube and I have been listening to many of his videos and training for a few months now. He has really brought me hope and helped me greatly to cope with my relationships. Alex is my favourite coach because he speaks so confidently and clearly. I think your courses are great because… I think your courses are great because they have helped me realize that the focus should always be on myself and that I should always do activities , live to my life, and aim for my own happiness first. Coach Adrian is the best! So far I've had two coaching sessions with Coach Adrian and he is very down-to-earth.
