Adrian is the relationship whisperer! I've been a fan of this crew for a long time. I fell in love a couple of years ago and found Adrian's videos on navigating relationships to be excellent. Well, a cluster of hard times/circumstances hit my relationship like a torpedo and sadly, we split up. I knew I could entrust my situation to Adrian. Right away, we focused on MY recovery. That meant NO comms with the ex! People, you have to be strong and squared away before you can think of heading back into the relationship. It takes courage to inventory yourself and improve. Adrian helped me sort out everything so my stronger self could come forward (which btw helped me professionally as well). My ex/I did have a chance to speak again-just the sound of each other's voice lit up the connection. 5 months later...we're are now together again but in a new/better way...the 2.0 version. I think your courses are great because… I think your courses are great because they have helped me realize that the focus should always be on myself and that I should always do activities , live to my life, and aim for my own happiness first.
