Cost me money, lost money, paid fees all of the way along over the past 2 years. Am now stuck with property that I cannot sell for 4 years without paying substantial fees. Run - do not invest here. Upfront acquisition and title clearance fees are explained as appropriate and then becomes a total money dump. I'll be leading a class action lawsuit.
