Paid them to complete a law exam and they didn’t even finish the paper Paid them to complete an online law exam. Provided them with all lecture handouts and multiple past papers. In the lead up to the exam, I’d ask to be put in contact with the actual expert so I could go over things with them to make sure everything was okay. I was reassured that they would reach out if there were any issues. On the day of the exam, the expert complained that the questions were ‘too hard’ and he didn’t have enough time to finish them. There were 3 questions with 2 hours to complete them; when i got the answers back at the end of the test, only 2 of the answers had fully been answered. It was clear to me that they hadn’t actually looked at the past papers I sent because they were the same format as the exam, so he shouldn’t have been surprised by that. I also sent the submission template that the test should be completed into in order to save time in the actual test of me having to copy and paste it after it was sent back to me. They completely ignored that too. Overall their customer service is poor and don’t actually pay attention any of your needs or the information you give them. If it’s an important assignment, I definitely wouldn’t put my trust in them again, they’re not reliable at all and their ‘experts’ clearly are not great at their job.
