The ITIL 4 Foundation course gave me… The ITIL 4 Foundation course gave me invaluable insights into IT service management. As a fresher in this domain, I was apprehensive about taking an online course. Nice training The tutor is great and I have acquired knowledge on SRE. Besides, it is quite surprised that lunch is provided during the training sessions, which is great. However, I think the classroom is too small, the tables are small too.
