Change Management Trainer Experience The courseware is very nicely laid out and easy to follow as a trainer for the Change Management Training. The students also learned a lot and was able to use some concepts that can be tailored down to their specific need.

I found the training to be lacking I found the training to be lacking. It all started off with a bad experience due to COVID, and I know that was outside their control. They wanted to change the project to a 1:1 web based meeting. The instructor appeared to lack an understanding of the information being presented. If the answer wasn't on the slide, then she struggled to provide an answer.

Wonderful Experience The instructor was excellent! He encouraged us to draw on any current or past employment to understand the principles of the lessons in order for us to have a point of reference and then he would unpack the information from there. The classes were very conversational and discussion oriented. I was very lucky to be one of only two students so we basically had our very own private tutor. Wonderful experience.
