GBI found the training to be lacking I found the training to be lacking. It all started off with a bad experience due to COVID, and I know that was outside their control. They wanted to change the project to a 1:1 web based meeting. The instructor appeared to lack an understanding of the information being presented. If the answer wasn't on the slide, then she struggled to provide an answer.

GBI have joined their PMP preparation… I have joined their PMP preparation bootcamp and it was of great help. The instructor was very experience and shared a lot of project experience during the entire session. The simulation test and the practice tests question were a great help for the exam preparation.

GBTerrible Customer Service ORIGINAL: July 18, 2018 Terrible. I've scheduled classroom Data Science training in SF with them twice, both of which have been canceled/rescheduled. On both occasions, I wasn't notified in advance and had to reach out to the company on my own. This speaks for the level of care on the side of the organization, especially when one has to build schedule around the dates of training. Will not be looking to take any classes with them in the future. UPDATE: August 7, 2018: Just as I thought the matters couldn't get any worse, Trainerkart has been "processing" the promised refund for over 3 weeks now. I've had enough of apologies and back-and-forths with Frank, so addressing the issue directly with my bank now, which will take it to the vendor. This company is a FRAUD.
