It was very professional mixed with a little humor which definitely makes the class more enjoyable. Change Management Trainer Experience The courseware is very nicely laid out and easy to follow as a trainer for the Change Management Training. The students also learned a lot and was able to use some concepts that can be tailored down to their specific need.
