This community and coaching is exclusive and you totally get out of it what you put into it. I chuckle at any reviews less than 5 stars because they obviously missed the point and power of this program. My experience? Tech industry veteran that has run several multi-million dollar Customer Success, TAM and consulting practices. Like many, after a decade at my last cloud based SaaS company I was on the receiving end of an unplanned transition due to a recent M&A. I was at a low point in an otherwise esteemed career and my old job hunting techniques were yielding zero results. I was down, depressed, knew my past impact but could not brand myself in a way the new job market demands. Enter Career Evolved... This is about making an investment in yourself and your brand. CE is not a recruiting service nor will they wave a magic wand and move you from frontline manager to CEO. What CE delivers is a shift in your mindset, helping you crystallize your why in the job market and what next career journey will align with your values. They can't do the work for you but they can give you excellent insights and coaching as to what is working for other executives to help polish their brand up and to overcome self-limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. CE helped me push past fear and doubt and to get laser focused on what I bring to the table. CE offers self-guided mindset videos, weekly 1on1 and group coaching sessions which are invaluable as you dust yourself off and get back to clarity and confidence in your leadership brand. I have a great resume, it was not getting noticed after a year of searching for next level role. CE taught me how to network in a more authentic and meaningful way - and true to their marketing, once I started working with them, left my ego at the door, put in the mindset work and had faith in the coaching/process - I just accepted my dream offer that landed in my lap around the 90 day mark of completing the program. This was not luck. This was hyper-focused commitment to executing what the CE team knows works. In closing, this is not for everyone like say a head hunter or resume service. If you are an executive or even front line leader, Career Evolved can help up-level your brand to aim higher, dream bigger and let go of any self-doubt that is holding you back in your career. The community of aspiring professionals you will network with is also amazing with each of us supporting one another in the next phase of career growth. I have come to cherish the wonderful people I have met and networked through this program. Two thumbs up!

Excellent program that transcends Excellent program that transcends others because of the work involved. Yes, there is focus on outcomes however the journey is invaluable. This is a life changing event, not just a game changer. Olivia Gamber and the coaches are accessible and hands-on for members. Great coaching and advice. I highly recommend this program and appreciate the investment I’ve made into myself that will enable me for greater success long-term.

Do not work with this org UPDATE April 2024 I am happy to hear that many people have had a positive experience with Career Evolved. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I experienced a bait and switch and have been robbed of 7K. In my efforts to ensure no one else has this experience I have shared my experience on various review platforms where I have been met with false statements by the owner. If you are not familiar with how to network, or conduct a job search you may find this program helpful (though you can find all the resource they provide at a 7K price tag for free elsewhere). If you are looking for executive coaching - this not a program for you. ---- Do not work with this org. They pitch 10k and then charge people between 5 and 7k if you sign up that day. There were people in my group charged varying amounts…They will also suggest you open a card with pay pal to pay the total on the call. The contract reads no refunds in bold type… the contract is problematic. I expressed 3 times that I was not sure what I had paid for because I had not received the services that were promised to me in the sales call. I also asked for feedback and coaching and was directed to review recordings of the calls I had (where I specifically said I didn’t understand what I am paying for). The people in the program are heavy on the sales side. If your industry or interests lay outside of that, networking will be hard. I specifically asked for my industry and told there would be contacts. There were none. The modules are sophomoric and produced poorly. Typos on the slides and mispronunciations on the audio. The information in this program is nothing you can’t get for free. Get your mind right, figure out what you want, networking, land a job. It’s so disheartening to have had this experience. Unemployed, was very clear on who I am and what I needed and was totally lied to. There was an offer to switch me to a diff coach and work with founder when I expressed my confusion for what I paid for coupled with my distrust and disappointment of the services I paid for not being delivered. Unfortunately, when I met with the founder it was clear she knew nothing about me or my background and told me - telling me to do things I already do. I’m at a total loss that a company would treat people this way.

Here is the best thing about the… Here is the best thing about the program. This isn’t just a method to a better career; this is a complete shift of your mindset. The program for me was a challenge but I trusted the process. I put in the work regardless of how uncomfortable it made me feel. It helped me be a better person, shake off some negativity, change the dialogue I had about myself, and I came out on the other side better for it. I look back now on those early exercises and experiences in the program and am immensely grateful that our paths crossed, and appreciative of the opportunity. Take this program, do the work, be uncomfortable, and you will be better for it!

Bruce Stodola was supposed to meet with me on 3/6 @ 6pm. Zoom is still open, no sign of him, no email to reschedule, nothing. He probably took a good look at my LI and decided it was not a "good fit" for them. Lol Will try to reschedule but I will not have him again.
