Its less about tactics and more about yourself, what you need to change inside - and one has to be ready for that because what they say makes sense. Take your time with it.

This is a life changing event, not just a game changer. Olivia Gamber and the coaches are accessible and hands-on for members. Great coaching and advice. The investment that will change your life I contacted Olivia when I was at peak velocity in the hamster wheel of burnout. At the time, I wasn’t accustomed to making investments in myself. I wasn’t sure if I could afford it. Looking back, there’s no way I could afford *not* to do it. I went into Career Evolved feeling unworthy of my current Marketing Director role, and left with the confidence of a CMO and the certainty to command a 40% increase in my salary. By the time I had gone through the Career Evolved program, my confidence could not be constrained by anyone else’s definition of what I could earn in a year. I eventually freed myself from a decade-long ecommerce career to found my own wellness brand for people like me, Jade Collaborative. My identity was no longer attached to my seat at someone else’s table, and instead was meant to build my own. If you’re considering Career Evolved, you’re already halfway there. I wouldn’t recommend this service and… I wouldn’t recommend this service and thank goodness I didn’t go past the second stage. Not equipped to truly handle challenges of high performing, six figure earners. More specifically black or as a minority candidate our journeys are different despite education and we need someone to be able to understand that. My initial phone call was great because she was a minority/Latina and could relate to some of my issues experienced in the job market. The second call was with a non-minority and it just wasn’t a match for me. It truly annoys me that in today’s world we still cannot have that challenging conversation about race with people who don’t look like us. Nevertheless, I reached out to another service provider that is more aligned with my needs without issue.

Above and beyond coaching - useful and unique course content Olivia’s executive coaching and Career Evolved coursework was incredibly valuable for me as a leader. The work is practical and; with effort, extremely useful in leveling up. In leading a large team at a large organization, I’m better for have had coaching on mindset and leadership brand. The lessons are applicable within an organization, as an entrepreneur/ business owner, or if you’re casting a wide net. Olivia and her team go above and beyond in the coaching. Highly recommend!
