CAMy puppy utilized the over night … My puppy utilized the over night services offered. We both were very pleased with the level of care provided. Groomers were friendly and knowledgeable. I feel I've found a a home away from home for my puppy, King :)

Orders frm you I get through Amazon.com hve receipts w Coupons stapled 2 them frm ur Co. eithr w %Off or $Off but not 1 time when I hve tried 2 order Direct frm ur Co. has any of Coupons u sent me wrkd!! I contactd ur Co. & was given anothr "Code" 2 entr after my ordr was completed & this CODE DIDN'T WORK!! So I have stopped even trying 2 order direct frm you & whenever poss. check on Amazon & order w them through American Pet simply through frustration & "A littltle bit of upset w you". h Amazon you & not only 2 recurve

GBIncompetent customer service Our company ordered 8 boxes of the petite dental chews and to our surprise, the chews were not individually packaged as implied on their website. Before ordering, I also asked one of their customer representatives confirming these would come in individual packages. When I called their customer support, the girl I spoke to said that not all of them are individually packaged. However, that important piece of information is nowhere on the website so how was I supposed to know?She could not offer any solution except that they will take pay for the return shipping label. Which is really a pathetic resolution on their part. I then spoke with their manager and suggested that they ship us the individually packaged Greenies at the same cost as the ones we ordered as a one time courtesy for this inconvenience but was told no. Because of their misleading advertisement, we now have to purchase a whole batch of individual bags to put the treats in. We ordered these treats for 15 of our hotels and planned to re-order from them. But due to their inability to rectify the problem caused by their miscommunication, we will be looking for a different vendor for our next batch order.

GBBUGS IN MY VITA PARROT FOOD I purchased the 25lb bag of Vita Parrot Food which my Conure parrot has been eating for 22 Years. I have NEVER had a bag contain bugs but this bag was INFESTED with little black antlike creatures!! I could not believe my eyes. Now that I'm reading reviews of old food, I have to agree the food/fruit & seed was really old & stale!. After pouring the entire bag into my air tight plastic storage container I noticed the bugs crawling on the walls. So disgusting & a complete waste of money. It was cheaper than the $75 I usually pay but I paid the price using this absolutely miserable company!! Don't ever order from them. I think they are out of business & it should STAY that way.
