The person assigned to me did a fantastic job initially reviewing my documents and assisting me in obtaining the position I was seeking. I can't express how helpful Daniel was and how available he was to answer my questions. He is an amazing writer.

BS ATS check I found them because they were offering a free ATS check which was all I wanted. They ended up writing an email to me few days later that it will take 48 hours for a *person* to critique my CV. Not what I wanted but OK. A week and a half later and there's nothing. I feel my CV is being held hostage, that they'll use my work to construct paid customers' CVs, nevermind the fact that I had some personal information on the CV. This all the while I have a useless account where I can't check the progress, edit or delete my account, I can only order paid services. It's unprofessional if not an outright scam.
