Zero stars would be more appropriate They failed by their own standards: "Our service is highly personalized. After placing the order we will arrange one-to-one interview with the writer via Skype, Viber or phone." lol. I was matched up with a resume writer who asked me *one* question via their website's chat and waited for further communication. Instead, several days after the deadline, they delivered a resume full of random AI generated babble. It was weird and a massive letdown. The rep handling the interaction then told me my complaints about the process were "invalid" and insulted me. I'd highly recommend avoiding this service provider.

The best money I every spent. I love this company and they did such a great job. I was introduced to Daniel, one of the writers there and he did a great job, starting with, studying my résumé and following the career path I wanted. Epic!!! He did a great job on my Linkedin profile as well. I am getting my resumes in front of the employer’s hiring managers and passing the software ATS software that they use. I only regret that I did not sign up with them sooner. It’s only been less than two weeks. If you sign up, ask for Damiel, he is well worth it. The supporting staff is amazing, I can't say enough about them. Thank you!!!
