poor format and poor assistance -

Awful service, garbage result Resume wasn’t delivered on time, and the result was awful. The writer didn’t read the documents provided and produced a generic CV late

I only regret that I did not sign up… I only regret that I did not sign up with them sooner because it is totally worth it. After only two weeks, I was hired; they did an excellent job. The person assigned to me did a fantastic job initially reviewing my documents and assisting me in obtaining the position I was seeking. I can't express how helpful Daniel was and how available he was to answer my questions. He is an amazing writer.

Zero stars would be more appropriate They failed by their own standards: "Our service is highly personalized. After placing the order we will arrange one-to-one interview with the writer via Skype, Viber or phone." lol. I was matched up with a resume writer who asked me *one* question via their website's chat and waited for further communication. Instead, several days after the deadline, they delivered a resume full of random AI generated babble. It was weird and a massive letdown. The rep handling the interaction then told me my complaints about the process were "invalid" and insulted me. I'd highly recommend avoiding this service provider.

Great Experience Originally I had a little trouble from my bank which for unknown reasons kept flagging the website when I tried to pay for service. Long story short, I made a mess out of the ordering process. I called customer service, who then put me in touch with a Julia. I explained my situation and within 24 hours or less she had resolved my concerns and found me a great writer. I just concluded the process. The writer chosen for me "Daniel" was responsive, insightful and provided a fantastic resume in an updated format. While I can only speak to my experience I would absolutely use them again and would specifically ask for Daniel.
