After placing the order we will arrange one-to-one interview with the writer via Skype, Viber or phone." lol. I was matched up with a resume writer who asked me *one* question via their website's chat and waited for further communication. Instead, several days after the deadline, they delivered a resume full of random AI generated babble. It was weird and a massive letdown. The rep handling the interaction then told me my complaints about the process were "invalid" and insulted me. I'd highly recommend avoiding this service provider.
