The best money I every spent. I love this company and they did such a great job. I was introduced to Daniel, one of the writers there and he did a great job, starting with, studying my résumé and following the career path I wanted. Epic!!! He did a great job on my Linkedin profile as well. I am getting my resumes in front of the employer’s hiring managers and passing the software ATS software that they use. Great Experience Originally I had a little trouble from my bank which for unknown reasons kept flagging the website when I tried to pay for service. Long story short, I made a mess out of the ordering process. I called customer service, who then put me in touch with a Julia. I explained my situation and within 24 hours or less she had resolved my concerns and found me a great writer. I just concluded the process. The writer chosen for me "Daniel" was responsive, insightful and provided a fantastic resume in an updated format. While I can only speak to my experience I would absolutely use them again and would specifically ask for Daniel.

BS ATS check I found them because they were offering a free ATS check which was all I wanted. They ended up writing an email to me few days later that it will take 48 hours for a *person* to critique my CV. Not what I wanted but OK. A week and a half later and there's nothing. I feel my CV is being held hostage, that they'll use my work to construct paid customers' CVs, nevermind the fact that I had some personal information on the CV. This all the while I have a useless account where I can't check the progress, edit or delete my account, I can only order paid services. It's unprofessional if not an outright scam.
