Updated Review/ Better Experience After posting a somewhat unflattering review earlier this month - Brand Resume's jumped at the chance to "make things right". I was assigned a new writer (Kim) who took the time to work with me via Zoom. This process was fast and thorough. I'm now pleased with the results - but still wondering where I'd be had I not complained in public?

Absolutely terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. Their process is basically as follows: 1. They ask you to submit some job listings, then they use one of those ATS scanner tools (that are available for free online) to pull some keywords from your resume and they add a small section onto your resume as a "skills section". 2. They slightly modify your existing resume bullet points into some overly long complex sentences that provide no value. 3. The LinkedIn optimization, cover letter, follow-up letter, and thank you letter that they are offered are all generic templates that you can find better ones anywhere online for free. 4. "The Self-Paced Career Coaching" guidance is literally nothing. Still unclear what that is even sold as. I would highly recommend using a seller on Fiverr or probable any other resume writing seller instead. You'll get way more bang for your buck in half the turnaround time.

Contacted their representative thru… Contacted their representative thru LinkedIn, seemed very professional. She reached out, sent me timely info and offered to begin the process. I signed up for the initial consultation and was ready to begin. They canceled the consult about 2 hours before the time with no explanation or follow up. Very unprofessional. At least I had not given them any money yet. Moved on to someone else.
