They probably don’t use real people, and they expect the client to make the corrections. Save money do it yourself or hire a business education student in high school or community college. I have never spent this amount of money for this poor level of service. I am not sure of their level of appreciation for the professional people who make live with disabilities. I was very impressed with how fast the service was. My rep (John) was AMAZING, communicated with me and follow up was always within the time frame he set. Absolutely terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. Their process is basically as follows: 1. They ask you to submit some job listings, then they use one of those ATS scanner tools (that are available for free online) to pull some keywords from your resume and they add a small section onto your resume as a "skills section". 2. They slightly modify your existing resume bullet points into some overly long complex sentences that provide no value. 3. The LinkedIn optimization, cover letter, follow-up letter, and thank you letter that they are offered are all generic templates that you can find better ones anywhere online for free. 4. "The Self-Paced Career Coaching" guidance is literally nothing. Still unclear what that is even sold as. I would highly recommend using a seller on Fiverr or probable any other resume writing seller instead. You'll get way more bang for your buck in half the turnaround time.

Happy with the outcome! Thanks to John W. I was able to restructure my resume more professionally and helped improve my linked In profile. Overall got a great turn out with the package I moved forward with and now able to confidently speak with recruiters and apply for jobs with an advantage among-st the others.

Updated Review/ Better Experience After posting a somewhat unflattering review earlier this month - Brand Resume's jumped at the chance to "make things right". I was assigned a new writer (Kim) who took the time to work with me via Zoom. This process was fast and thorough. I'm now pleased with the results - but still wondering where I'd be had I not complained in public?
