They probably don’t use real people, and they expect the client to make the corrections. Save money do it yourself or hire a business education student in high school or community college. I have never spent this amount of money for this poor level of service. I am not sure of their level of appreciation for the professional people who make live with disabilities. Great resume writing, punctuality could improve Hello, Jalia was helpful in writing my resume. She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.
