I inadvertently gave up and lo and behold an annual charge appeared on my account for a service I actually did not even use. I requested a refund but was sent a link to basically say I would not be eligible for one because they a NO REFUND POLICY. I had to cancel my card and report it to my bank and is now a disputed charge. I was finally able to cancel the subscription but only after I was already charged. They do not send you any reminders that your free trial will expire so, keep track. And even when you do, make sure you receive a confirmation email. I would not ever use them again.
