MY FIRST EXPERIENCE I have read most of the comments other reviewers have shared as this is my first experience on this platform. Some of the comments were positive while others were not. What I can say about the negative comments made by other fellow reviewers might just be to defame your services yet they have not made any transaction with you. Unauthorised subscription and charge EDIT: As evident again in Numerade's response to my review, they ignore the part that I never subscribed or authorised a payment to their service. I didn't cancel the free trial as I never actually signed up myself. Original Review: I noticed that something didn't add up in my bank account and after looking into the issue further, I discovered a monthly charge on my debit card for 4 months by Numerade that was not authorized. Honestly, I had never even heard of Numerade and I have no clue how they got my email address and card info, which is very suspicious. I reached out to them to explain the situation and request a refund - obviously, they responded with the classic template saying I didn't cancel my free trial on time, clearly disregarding my actual experience. By checking the reviews, I realised more people have dealt with the same thing. Never before have I had such a problem. The fact that Numerade has a no refund policy and doesn't take responsibility when unauthorised subscriptions and payments are made tells a lot. Awful.

Numerate is the #1 best app to succeed in classes. Numerate has helped me in many different ways, including the textbook and AI features has has helped me succeed in class and bring my grades up. I recommend numerate many of my close friends and even family members because of how helpful it is. I cannot describe enough of how much I love using numerate. It’s definitely recommended.

what made my experience great was the… what made my experience great was the past questions, study guide, lots of quiz. The company is good at helping and making study looks so easy, they made sure they email every important update. i will recommend numerade anyday, anytime , anywhere👍

Scam The 7 day trial ended and they charged my account 180.00 without a confirmation email or any notification.
