AUEcolab territory managers lack organisation Ecolab territory managers lack organisation and seem overly laid-back. It's been over three weeks, and we're still struggling to obtain our chemicals. Frankly, I believe a six-year-old could manage this position better than this. Sad to see that big company like Ecolab, going down like this. Time to wake up CEO.

USPoor follow up service Had been a customer for 25 years but the last year we had no rep for our territory which was part of the contract .They use to come every month to service the 25 year old machine now its only if I call and then its when they have a rep to come out. In 2024 they started a minimum product purchase of 200.00 /per month along with the rental fee of 147.00/month. I am a small restaurant and can not do that You decide for yourself if you want to be one of their customers.!!!!

USThe most trusted source for pests… The most trusted source for pests control company is ECOLAB. I know ECOLAB for long time because I work for Dennys for 20 years long. I work at 6920 south Fri road in Katy. I never have seen any hard working person name Toni and so honest with huge respect and courteous. Mr. Supervisor Eric walker watched him his entire time what he had been working. This is called a great Boss. A big hand for them and there great job. Shafi. Katy.

USPoor communication Poor communication. Ghosting. Rep and corporate is not responsive to the multiple people from my org trying to reach out to them. I cannot get ahold of them to get training information after my company purchased the training. Cannot get ahold of them to get the refund due to not responding or allowing people from my company to begin training.

USWe leased a commercial dish machine and… We leased a commercial dish machine and it was the worst vendor experience in 25 years of business. We never received chemicals that we paid for and when the tech came to remove the machine he damaged our plumbing waste lines on out of pure laziness. The sales rep made many false promises and the corporate office was no help at all.
