Poor follow up service Had been a customer for 25 years but the last year we had no rep for our territory which was part of the contract .They use to come every month to service the 25 year old machine now its only if I call and then its when they have a rep to come out. In 2024 they started a minimum product purchase of 200.00 /per month along with the rental fee of 147.00/month. I am a small restaurant and can not do that You decide for yourself if you want to be one of their customers.!!!!
