Poor communication Poor communication. Ghosting. Rep and corporate is not responsive to the multiple people from my org trying to reach out to them. I cannot get ahold of them to get training information after my company purchased the training. Cannot get ahold of them to get the refund due to not responding or allowing people from my company to begin training.
