AMAZING! AMAZING!! Joe was amazing, he saves me from a crazy situation. I ordered my father’s casket from Titan Casket through Amazon and 2 days before my father’s viewing/mass/burial they called to tell me that they couldn’t deliver it due to weather. I started panicking and googling site and luckily came across Joe’s site and in 2 days got everything set up ending paying a lot less them Titan Casket had charged me, it was delivered on time, got confirmation of delivery and can now be at peace with laying my father to rest tomorrow. Thank you Joe.

Perfect customer service Working with Joe was an absolute joy. He did all he could for us, when other companies flat out said they could not deliver in time. It was especially hard over a long holiday weekend, but we received our casket in plenty of time. It was beautiful, better than the picture. It was called Tide White, but in reality it looked to me, to be a soft green with pink highlights. Perfect for my mother.

But after speaking and texting with Joe and all the follow-up he provided, I felt comfortable. He provided an absolutely beautiful casket, in the color we wanted and couldn't find anywhere else. He delivered it to the funeral home the next day. The price was terrific. I can't say enough good things about his wonderful service to our family at a very hard time.
