Throughout my entire application process she has been professional, responsive and very friendly. She went above and beyond to answer all of the questions that I had and responded in a very timely fashion. As a New Yorker, looking for housing during the pandemic can be extremely stressful, but her high level professionalism and kindness took any stress away.
