Amazing People at K&R Realty I applied for an apartment through a housing program that K&R Realty was overseeing. I met an amazing woman by the Cheyenne Marrero. She is one of the absolute nicest people I have ever met period, let alone at a real estate company. As you can imagine, searches for nice living accommodations on a limited budget is tough in itself, so having to deal with impatient and not-so-kind realtors/agents who only look at you as just another application number makes things even harder. So to meet a woman like Cheyenne who is super kind, patient and willing to be of help was like a heaven sent breath of fresh air. K&R Realty is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team and I hope to do business with them in the future because of awesome people like her.

I have been living here for over 3… I have been living here for over 3 years and there is inadequate heat during the winter even with tightly closed windows and the walls are very thin you can hear people walking above you and babies crying in the bedroom in the next apartment. I used to call to speak about the noise but was told after the third time to call 311.

Adam made sure all documents needed was secured in the application process. He responded just as quickly by phone or e-mail throughout his busy day. Thanks for being patient & reliable for keeping me aware through out this process. Went from a 1 bedroom to a beautiful 2 bedroom. My son is definitely enjoying his room.
