The building and facilities are staffed with the best employees that make our buildings feel like family. The leasing department is also extremely fair and works hard to keep their tenants happy. Throughout my entire application process she has been professional, responsive and very friendly. She went above and beyond to answer all of the questions that I had and responded in a very timely fashion. As a New Yorker, looking for housing during the pandemic can be extremely stressful, but her high level professionalism and kindness took any stress away. Best application process I’ve gone through several apartment application processes and working with K&R was by far the best experience I’ve had. Cheyenne was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions. While the entire process took a few weeks, she kept me updated along the way which was quite comforting. Application processes can be nerve racking, so it was nice to know someone on the other end thought of me as a person and not just a file. Additionally, everything was done online or via email which made the process extremely easy and convenient. I definitely recommend working with K&R!
