GBTruth Hi I just thought I would update my review from the 22nd of November. I rand JJ on the 23rd and after a palaver I managed to speak to z person, yes you heard me right I real life living breathing person. This same person promised me that they JJ my complaint very serious and that JJ wanted to solve the problems of drug use and sale from their property. I was told that someone will ring me back from the super efficient crack team of awesome problem solvers immediately. As you can imagine I was in awe of this amazing response and after putting the phone down felt safe and secure all my problems will be over soon and I will live in peace and security all thanks to my caring gracious and all round great landlord. What actually happened is I felt more let down and deflated that the party baloon that manages to hide behind the couch until only found when you realise your mother in law is coming over and the house needs to be cleaner than a surgeon's knife. In other words after another weekend of the communal areas smelling like a coffee shop in Amsterdam I still am waiting for a call back. I would love to say I am shocked but that would be a lie and make me no better than JJ. Please consider your options when offered a home from JJ as there are better options out there.....I have heard Guatanemo Bay has some room available so pick carefully. I now await my next genetic email đŸ˜ª

GBTo call them absolutely appalling is… To call them absolutely appalling is quite generous of me. They just cannot seem to do a thing right when they eventually attempt to do anything at all. There has been a leak from the toilet of the flat upstairs on 2 occasions now. I have reported the fact my toilet, next doors and the flat aboves are faulty and not functioning properly and on occasion leak. The last leak drenched my carpet I was told a dehumidifier would be sent. After using towels to soak up as much water as possible and chasing up the dehumidifier for 2 weeks the carpets stank. When I finally spoke to someone I was told the carpets were destroyed and that they would pay for replacements. 5 months later nothing has been done about the toilets or the carpets. They don't empty gutters, we (4 tenants) each pay £20 a month service charge for maintenance of the communal areas the gardeners spend no more than 15 minutes a month at the properties they are bad mannered, lazy, useless and usually leave the commual areas in a worse state than on arrival they let the weeds grow through the flags up to a meter tall, when after many complaints a representative of the company phoned me and said he would come and check/audit there work next time they came and that he would contact me before hand so I could be there. They have since been twice and I never heard from him again . When they do send maintenance workers they destroy property. And there is now a considerable rat presence that has been reported on many occasions but not acted upon. They fail to communicate with me or each other. And to add insult to injury send news letters claiming to aim for excellency. The response below states they take all complaints very seriously, it could not be less accurate unless they mean they take the complaints been aired publicly seriously. They certainly don't act on complaints. The response also suggests I contact customer services which again is adding insult to injury as I have done so many many times. They clearly think my time is worthless. I still have not heard a thing from them regarding any repairs, the rat problem, the faulty toilets or the gardening problem.

GBWould not even have given them a… Would not even have given them a star,renting a studio flat from them and due to my asthma I wanted a one bedroom flat which was just a transfer,I've got registered and were told that it needs to be activated by housing officers,normally within 7-10 working day,well,its been 3weeks and still not activated,now I cannot bid,stay clear from this housing

GBthis is the 3/4 time I have contacted… this is the 3/4 time I have contacted them. regarding a replacement window that their contractors FORTEM have let me down the last contractor went bankrupt, and it looks like FORTEM are on their way also. fortem say that they will be out to do the repair next week and have a guess what day it falls on yes the 1st of APRIL, I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry
