Prompt and efficient process Quick electronic response and the truck was picked up the next day with no issues. The driver called, giving us an arrival time, and showed up promptly. We were kept up-to-date on each stage of the process.

The entire process was very efficient The entire process was very efficient. The people we spoke to were helpful. They set up a convenient appointment to pick up our donated vehicle. The driver was right on time. All in all a great experience. Thank you

The vehicle pickup was for Friday not until Sat.… The vehicle pickup was for Friday afternoon. No one came so called Saturday on phone several times ,finally an answer ,both trucks were in Kentucky but still the pick up was made about 3;45 PM on Saturday

Experience Exceeded Expectations!!! Everything went as planned, driver who picked up vehicle was well prepared. Took 20 minutes total time, no surprises.Vehicle >20 years age, not operated in over 2 years, flat tire and dead battery.
