Simple, fast and friendly! This was the first time I ever donated a car and it was a wonderful experience. They came the very next day after I made contact, they were very polite and friendly and they took care of getting a copy of my title. All transactions should go as smoothly as this did.

From the person I spoke to at my… From the person I spoke to at my initial call about donating, to when the tow truck driver pulled out of my driveway, the experience went amazingly well. The person I spoke to when setting up the process told me exactly how it would work and so it did. Mr. Strange, the tower called me the next day and set up pick up date and time to my convenience. He also told me the procedure, and told me about the paper work he would have and went over it with me. He arrived right on time. Besides going over the paper work, and giving me information about the auction and how the Veterans benefit from the donation, he removed the license tags for me. It couldn't have gone smoother. I would certainly recommend donating to the veterans to my friends.

Worthy Car Donation I would definitely recommend Veteran Car Donation to anyone considering to donate their vehicle. The person I spoke to first was very professional and helpful and when they recontacted me I was ready and I had sufficient knowledge to do it. As promised, they let me when the car sold and at what price. I was surprised how fast the entire process took.

Experience Exceeded Expectations!!! Everything went as planned, driver who picked up vehicle was well prepared. Took 20 minutes total time, no surprises.Vehicle >20 years age, not operated in over 2 years, flat tire and dead battery.

Once I set up the donation… Once I set up the donation, got an appointment for pickup. Wrecker driver was caught in traffic delaying the pickup, however he called to update me on an ETA. Wrecker got here as promised. Great experience, immediate service and turnaround on the whole project. C.L. Davis
