Experience Exceeded Expectations!!! Everything went as planned, driver who picked up vehicle was well prepared. Took 20 minutes total time, no surprises.Vehicle >20 years age, not operated in over 2 years, flat tire and dead battery.

Very easy process and speedy response Very easy process and speedy response. All aspects of this transaction were simple and the employees were knowledgeable. The tow company that picked up our vehicle also provided excellent service.

The vehicle pickup was for Friday not until Sat.… The vehicle pickup was for Friday afternoon. No one came so called Saturday on phone several times ,finally an answer ,both trucks were in Kentucky but still the pick up was made about 3;45 PM on Saturday
