Easy and fast procedure Easy and fast procedure. All my questions were answered immediately by email and by phone. The towing company was on-time and very friendly.

The vehicle pickup was for Friday not until Sat.… The vehicle pickup was for Friday afternoon. No one came so called Saturday on phone several times ,finally an answer ,both trucks were in Kentucky but still the pick up was made about 3;45 PM on Saturday

Simple, fast and friendly! This was the first time I ever donated a car and it was a wonderful experience. They came the very next day after I made contact, they were very polite and friendly and they took care of getting a copy of my title. All transactions should go as smoothly as this did.
