GBAaron was so professional and pleasant… Aaron was so professional and pleasant to deal with. He was able to start the car that had been sitting dead in my driveway for months following repeated attempts to charge the battery and jump-start it. He was even willing to attempt to eject any CDs possibly left in the sound system after he'd already loaded the vehicle onto the tow truck. All in all, a better-than- hoped-for experience!

The person I spoke to when setting up the process told me exactly how it would work and so it did. Mr. Strange, the tower called me the next day and set up pick up date and time to my convenience. He also told me the procedure, and told me about the paper work he would have and went over it with me. He arrived right on time. Besides going over the paper work, and giving me information about the auction and how the Veterans benefit from the donation, he removed the license tags for me. It couldn't have gone smoother. I would certainly recommend donating to the veterans to my friends.
