GBThe vehicle pickup was for Friday not until Sat.… The vehicle pickup was for Friday afternoon. No one came so called Saturday on phone several times ,finally an answer ,both trucks were in Kentucky but still the pick up was made about 3;45 PM on Saturday

I called to request the pickup, got a call back in less than 24 hours for a time to pickup. The towing company hired to pickup the car was also excellent, they were friendly and professional. They called before arrival, came on time, told me what to expect about my donation and when to expect a receipt, and was quick! I recommend them if you have a vehicle to donate.
