From the person I spoke to at my… From the person I spoke to at my initial call about donating, to when the tow truck driver pulled out of my driveway, the experience went amazingly well. The person I spoke to when setting up the process told me exactly how it would work and so it did. Mr. Strange, the tower called me the next day and set up pick up date and time to my convenience. He also told me the procedure, and told me about the paper work he would have and went over it with me. He arrived right on time. Besides going over the paper work, and giving me information about the auction and how the Veterans benefit from the donation, he removed the license tags for me. It couldn't have gone smoother. I would certainly recommend donating to the veterans to my friends.

Prompt and efficient process Quick electronic response and the truck was picked up the next day with no issues. The driver called, giving us an arrival time, and showed up promptly. We were kept up-to-date on each stage of the process.

Once I set up the donation… Once I set up the donation, got an appointment for pickup. Wrecker driver was caught in traffic delaying the pickup, however he called to update me on an ETA. I had an excellent experience with Veteran Car Donations! I had an excellent experience with Veteran Car Donations. I called to request the pickup, got a call back in less than 24 hours for a time to pickup. The towing company hired to pickup the car was also excellent, they were friendly and professional. They called before arrival, came on time, told me what to expect about my donation and when to expect a receipt, and was quick! I recommend them if you have a vehicle to donate.
