Prompt and efficient process Quick electronic response and the truck was picked up the next day with no issues. The driver called, giving us an arrival time, and showed up promptly. We were kept up-to-date on each stage of the process.

Once I set up the donation… Once I set up the donation, got an appointment for pickup. Wrecker driver was caught in traffic delaying the pickup, however he called to update me on an ETA.
