The person I spoke to first was very professional and helpful and when they recontacted me I was ready and I had sufficient knowledge to do it. GBFrom the person I spoke to at my… From the person I spoke to at my initial call about donating, to when the tow truck driver pulled out of my driveway, the experience went amazingly well. The person I spoke to when setting up the process told me exactly how it would work and so it did. Mr. Strange, the tower called me the next day and set up pick up date and time to my convenience. He also told me the procedure, and told me about the paper work he would have and went over it with me. He arrived right on time. Besides going over the paper work, and giving me information about the auction and how the Veterans benefit from the donation, he removed the license tags for me. It couldn't have gone smoother. I would certainly recommend donating to the veterans to my friends.
