GBFrom the person I spoke to at my… From the person I spoke to at my initial call about donating, to when the tow truck driver pulled out of my driveway, the experience went amazingly well. The person I spoke to when setting up the process told me exactly how it would work and so it did. Mr. Strange, the tower called me the next day and set up pick up date and time to my convenience. He also told me the procedure, and told me about the paper work he would have and went over it with me. He arrived right on time. Besides going over the paper work, and giving me information about the auction and how the Veterans benefit from the donation, he removed the license tags for me. It couldn't have gone smoother. I would certainly recommend donating to the veterans to my friends.

GBOnce I set up the donation… Once I set up the donation, got an appointment for pickup. Wrecker driver was caught in traffic delaying the pickup, however he called to update me on an ETA. Wrecker got here as promised. Great experience, immediate service and turnaround on the whole project. C.L. Davis
