The sales person had great product… The sales person had great product knowledge and could answer my questions. As importantly, the Omaha store had the items on hand. Exception is the 22 mil chemical gloves which are back ordered. Being in the heat of the season, I know gloves go fast. But sprayer parts, I like to see that Omaha has the inventory ready for pickup.

I really like their selection of pumps… I really like their selection of pumps and fittings and availability. What I have had some aggravation with is shipping. If I'm paying for the shipping and request UPS or Fed Ex then that is what I should get. Not a third option that in my experience adds a day or two to the delivery time. Additionally, if I place an online order and it shows all the items are in stock at one location, I don't care for the software splitting some of the items to come from another business location, which then is billed as if I've ordered two shipments.

always a pleasure to work with! the customer service is always great! I had an odd request this time and the gentleman helping me out was awesome. He checked all avenues that they could to try and find what I needed. sadly, there wasn't anything that matched, but I was appreciative of the time spent trying to locate it!
