Vehicle Donation Communication was excellent. The driver who picked up the vehicle was polite and efficient.

Called on a Saturday to offer the… Called on a Saturday to offer the donation of a vehicle. The helpful staff member took some brief information, and told me the vehicle could be collected by their towing contractor on Monday. The towing company called me as promised with the time of arrival for pick up, and arrived promptly. The polite & professional driver had the vehicle loaded,provided a confirmation of donation document, and was driving away in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional & very organized.

The tow truck driver did an excellent… The tow truck driver did an excellent job with being on professional and making the donation a smooth transition.

Good communication Good communication, contacting me next day for pick up. Also tow driver went the extra mile to get car out of garage. Really appreciated his diligence and professionalism.
