Exceptional Service From the initial phone call, to the actual pick up of the vehicle, everything went 100% smoothly! It was prompt, and everyone I spoke with from the Breast Cancer Donation Organization to the Tow Truck Service couldn't have been more polite and cordial!

Very simple and easy Very simple and easy. Set up everything online. Tow truck showed up with the release of liability paperwork and was notified of what it sold for at auction within two weeks.

Wonderful Wonderful, pleasant customer representative, took the time and patient to explain the donation process, as well took information for all vehicles. Speedy service, quick to respond, professional at all times. Heartfelt thanks to Otay Mesa Towing, greatly appreciate the drivers outstanding !

Giving out the truck I had for over 20… Giving out the truck I had for over 20 year was hard for me, but donating it for a good cause was not a double brained at all. Donating it to this agency was a very easy process. This is a for a great cause!
