GBNeed a clear timetable I've donated to this charity twice before & I'd do it again. It's truly a worthy cause. I donated this car Friday morning. The operator informed me that I would be contacted within 24 hours for donation pickup. The weekend passes with only a polite thank you email for my donation. I called the attached phone number & was told that the pickup would be Tuesday morning. The tow truck finally showed.

GBCalled on a Saturday to offer the… Called on a Saturday to offer the donation of a vehicle. The helpful staff member took some brief information, and told me the vehicle could be collected by their towing contractor on Monday. The towing company called me as promised with the time of arrival for pick up, and arrived promptly. The polite & professional driver had the vehicle loaded,provided a confirmation of donation document, and was driving away in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional & very organized.
